Event Description:
Grand Master Hwang S. Kwang of UITF Unified International Taekwon-do Federation visited the island of Puerto Rico. Grandmaster Kwang S. Kwang was one of General Choi Hong Hi ( Founder of ITF Taekwon-do ) first Grandmasters.
