Grand Master Hwang S. Kwang of UITF Unified International Taekwon-do Federation
will be visiting the island of Puerto Rico. Grandmaster Kwang S. Kwang was one
of General Choi Hong Hi ( Founder of ITF Taekwon-do ) first Grandmasters. He
will be holding a Seminar on the 28th of February and then celebrating with us

Dear Honourable Guests, GrandMasters, Masters, Instructors and Students:
The Fighting Tiger’s TaeKwon-Do & Self-Defense, Inc., are pleased to host the 2009 GrandMaster Hwang S. Kwang, 9th Dan ITF International TaeKwon-Do & Umpire Seminar, Testing & Championships. These events will take place on February 28th (Seminar & Testing) and March 1st (Championships) at the Francisco “Pancho” Deida Coliseum located in the beautiful northern city of Hatillo, Puerto Rico.
Both events are open to all ages and belt levels. We would like to extend an open invitation to all UITF, ITF, ICTF, GTF, Chon-Ji, and Ch’ang-Hon style and other martial artists from diverse arts to join in these events. Join one of the few original 9th Dan directly from the Founder of TaeKwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi, ex-Promotion, General Secretary and Spokesman of the ITF in his first visit to Puerto Rico.
The fee is $40.00 US per participant for International Seminar & Tournament. All registrations are due no later than February 9, 2009; on site registration will be $50.00 per participant. Please make all payable to Monica Hernandez, Also note that there will be registrations the day of the events but at a higher fee.
As you are aware, your support and co-operation is very important. With your help, I hope that these events will be an enjoyable one. To all interested in testing for black belt in any of its rank, Umpire Certification or membership to the Unified-ITF please contact us by e-mail before the 9, of February of 2009.
