Mr. Andres Muniz Vega's membership and affiliation with UITF and KATU has been re-instated. The seat and title of Representative of Puerto Rico remains with Mrs. Monica Lea Hernandez Kilhaney.

Mr Andres Muniz Vega is no longer affiliated with Unified International Taekwon-Do Federation (UITF) or KoreAmerica Taekwon-Do Union (KATU).  Mrs Monica Hernandez is the current General Secretary for UITF in Puerto Rico  (see official letter)

Mr Doug Nowling is no longer affiliated with Unified International Taekwon-Do Federation (UITF) or KoreAmerica Taekwon-Do Union (KATU) in any capacity. Mr Nowling was never certified or tested by UITF or KATU and recommendations for ranking/promotions from Mr Nowling will not be processed.  Any ranking Mr. Nowling may hold via certificate exchange has been suspended.
