Mission Statement

To carry out General Choi’s Legacy (click here for the Last Words Of General Choi) by unifying all ITF organizations under the guidance of his World-Renowned Grandmasters. The Unified-ITF will:

Offer associate memberships to those ITF organizations that wish to remain separate entities and still have access to ITF Grandmasters.
Offer NGB memberships.
Offer memberships to non-ITF, Chang Hon style organizations.
Maintain continuity of ITF’s hierarchical rank structure by testing, confirming, and/or certifying high ranking black belt promotions above 6th Dan.
Offer high ranking black belt certificates signed by ITF Grand Masters.
Insure no duplication of black belt certificate numbers.
Offer one Grand World Championships for all ITF organizations.
Encourage open access for members to participate in the activities of all ITF organizations.
Offer special seminars on, but not limited to, the History of Taekwon-Do.
Celebrate General Choi’s Annual Memorial under one ITF unified.

Synopsis Of Objectives Of The UITF
To carry out the Legacy of the Founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi.
There must be only one Taekwon-Do
There must be only one ITF
To merge Taekwon-Do and all other Taekwon-Do Organizations.
Build our original Taekwon-Do as General Choi Hong Hi created.
Build the International Taekwon-Do Federation to accept all Taekwon-Do
Build on and open communications with the World Taekwon-Do Federation
Build on and open communications with the International Olympic Committee
To exclude all politics from Taekwon-Do.
Exclusion of the politicians with in the International Taekwon-Do Federation
International Taekwon-Do Federation should be run by Martial Artists
To refine Taekwon-Do Promotions.
Banning of all illegal promotions
Keep members’ pride
Centralize Certification
To improve ITF Operations on:
Uniforms
1. Keep all original I T F Uniforms
2. Stop the monopoly of uniform Sales
3. Ban all illegal promotions
Certification Fees
1. Lower the cost to compete with other organizations
2. Every country pays something based on the economics of that country
Retirement Fund
Over one million dollars in the ITF retirement fund need’s to be returned to the ITF. This fund was set up by Gen. Choi Hong Hi for the retirement of senior Master and Grand Masters 
Office in Vienna
1. Belongs to all ITF members
2. Take back office that was illegally given to 4 individuals
3. The building was paid for by certificate fees from the members

1. Change the words on the tombstone from "Teacher of TaeKwon- Do" to "Founder of Taekwon-Do".
