Michelle
A. Golino, Certified International Instructor and Chief
Instructor of Eastern Taekwon-Do, Monroe, CT, earned her
1st degree black belt in 1985. She has a passion for teaching
original Taekwon-Do as it was meant to be taught by founder
General Choi Hong Hi. Mrs. Golino's teaching style holds
true to old world values and traditions while utilizing
modern methods to produce the absolute best scientific
results. Over the past 25 years, she has competed in many
national and international competitions and has won many
awards. She was a member of the 1989 (New Haven, CT) and
2003 (Thessaloniki, Greece) USA ITF Women's Teams and
placed at both world champion events. Mrs. Golino has
an enthusiasm for board breaking and has successfully
accomplished complex power and speed breaks such as a
9-board turn back kick, 2-board suspended twisting kick
and triple mid-air front kick. She studies under Grand
Master Hwang from 2000 to present and under Grand Master
C.E. Sereff, USTF, from 1982 to 2000. Mrs. Golino had
the privilege of attending seminars hosted by General
Choi Hong Hi in the 1980's. |
